Job summary

ABA Squad is a pediatric ABA clinic serving children with autism and developmental disabilities in the St. Louis area. We are seeking motivated RBTs for in-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings.

Part-time position with potential to grow into full-time. Competitive hourly rate ($20–$30) based on certification and experience, plus signing bonus and benefits. Training, supervision, and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification in good standing or willing to obtain (costs covered).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required.
• Proficient with computers and basic clinic equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented and adaptable to change.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical programs as assigned by supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures.
• Submit documentation per insurance guidelines.
• Attend trainings and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst


• Create program materials as needed


• Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors


• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary


• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines


• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)


• Experience working with children preferred


• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance


• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment


• High school diploma or equivalent required
