Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for children and teens with autism under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under supervision of a BCBA.
• Track patient progress by collecting data and submitting documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Support therapy sessions across speech or occupational therapy as needed.
• Obtain RBT Certification within the first 60 days of employment.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provideone-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within aclinic-basedenvironment

Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation

Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor

Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families

Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting

Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines

Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions

Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
