Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking RBTs to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work under BCBA supervision, following BIPs and helping develop communication, motor, academic readiness, social skills and independence.

We encourage all candidates to apply and offer immediate openings for full-time and part-time afternoon schedules, with support through the RBT certification process.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to pursue RBT certification and complete it within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients.
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Follow behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide behavioral support during speech or occupational therapy sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within the first 60 days of employment.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
