Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our pediatric ABA team in Fort Worth, TX. We support RBT certification and provide one-on-one, play-based therapy under BCBA supervision to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to pursue RBT certification.
• Experience with pediatric therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1, play-based ABA therapy in a clinic setting.
• Track patient progress and collect data.
• Follow BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Communicate professionally with families and management.
• Assist patients with daily living skills.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Support therapy sessions with other disciplines as needed.
• Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provideone-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within aclinic-basedenvironment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

Starting Compensation: $18.00-$21.00 / hour
