We partner with experts in ABA, Speech-Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy to help children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success. We have immediate openings for part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients under BCBA supervision, with opportunities to obtain RBT certification within 60

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, play-based ABA therapy services.
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and documenting.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as directed by BCBA Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions; obtain RBT Certification within first 60 days.

Job Description

Whether entry-level to the field of ABA or well versed as a RBT, we support our mission of helping children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success! We have immediate openings for part-time positions (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm operating hours) and will assist you through the RBT certification process! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
