Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism, under BCBA supervision. Roles include data collection, implementing BIPs, and supporting communication, self-care, and social skills in a clinic setting.

We welcome entry-level or experienced candidates; full-time or part-time (10:30am–3:30pm). We offer medical, vision, dental, 401k, HSA/FSA, paid time off, and support through RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• RBT certification or eligibility preferred.
• Able to follow BCBA guidance and HIPAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy in a clinic setting.
• Collect data and submit clinical documentation.
• Follow BIPs as outlined by the BCBA supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with management and families.
• Assist with daily living skills (feeding, toileting).
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide behavioral support during speech or OT sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.

We have immediate openings for Full-time or part-time (10:30am-3:30pm) positions and will assist you through the RBT certification process!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
