Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a motivated candidate for an RBT role to deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinic setting.

You will work under a BCBA supervision, collect data, follow BIPs, and support communication with families. Immediate part-time afternoon availability and certification assistance are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

We have immediate openings for Part-time afternoon (11:30am-4:30pm) position and will assist you through the RBT certification process! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
