T herapy & Beyond is seeking dedicated individuals to join our ABA team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). You will provide one-on-one, play-based ABA services to pediatric and adolescent patients under supervision, helping them build essential communication, social, and daily living skills.

We support your growth—immediately offering help through the RBT certification process and a clear path toward ongoing professional development in a collaborative, kid-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain RBT Certification within 60 days of employment.
• Experience or interest in ABA therapy and working with children who have autism.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, play-based ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting.
• Track patient progress by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as directed by the BCBA supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills, such as feeding and toileting.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality.
• Provide behavioral support during speech or occupational therapy sessions.

Whether entry-level to the field of ABA or well versed as a RBT, and support our mission of helping children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success! We have immediate openings for full-time positions and will assist you through the RBT certification process!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provideone-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within aclinic-basedenvironment

Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation

Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor

Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families

Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting

Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines

Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions

Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
