Job summary

Brightstone Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Athens, GA to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the BCBA's supervision. You will implement behavior plans and track client progress across homes, schools, and clinics, collaborating closely with the BCBA to drive data-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid RBT certification.
• CPR is not required at hire but will be provided/needed upon hire.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience working with individuals in various settings.
• Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the BCBA.
