• Provide one-on‑one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid RBT certification.
• Current CPR is not required, but will need to be taken upon hire.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience working with individuals in various settings.
