A Brighter Alternative ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA team in Cochran, GA 31014. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized treatment plans aimed at communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills for children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Cochran GA., 31014.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills. The right candidate must be comfortable working with an older child. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow within a supportive and mission-driven ABA company.
