Succeed ABA Arizona is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for afternoon hours to support in-home 1:1 therapy for children with Autism, ages 1-21 in Chandler, AZ.

This role offers competitive hourly pay from $20 to $28, weekly pay, and benefits including health insurance; part-time and full-time opportunities; training and supportive supervisors.

Qualifications

RBT Certification from BACB is required.
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.
Experience with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
Strong communication with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
Demonstrate passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Pay: $20-$28 per hour

At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each therapist, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18- $28.00 per hour.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

This role is only for afternoon hours
