Job summary

ABA Achievers in Clearfield, UT is seeking a compassionate and motivated RBT to join our clinical team. The role entails providing 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and implementing individualized treatment plans in home, school, and center-based settings.

You will collect session data, complete documentation, and communicate with families and the supervising BCBA. Afternoon/early evening hours, contract position, and opportunities for BCBA track and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• 6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable, patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community.
