Job summary

ABA Achievers is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team in the afternoon hours. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and help implement individualized treatment plans in home, school, and center-based settings.

Ideal candidate will have current RBT certification and at least 6 months of experience with children with developmental disabilities, plus strong communication and documentation skills.

$22–$28/hour | Flexible Schedule | Afternoon & Early Evening Hours

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

Current RBT certification.

6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Reliable, patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community.

$22–$28/hour
