Storybook ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy across a flexible part-time schedule. You will collect data, work with families, and collaborate with BCBAs to support positive outcomes for children with autism.

The role emphasizes professional communication, reliable transportation, and strong time management in a supportive team environment with opportunities to grow in the ABA field.

Qualificações

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA and autism preferred.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with families.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Use personal transportation to travel to client sites with a reliable vehicle.
• Manage time efficiently and meet session goals.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Build experience in applied behavior analysis for children with autism.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
