Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. This role offers flexible, part-time scheduling, competitive hourly rates, and ongoing training including RBT certification.

You will collect data, work with a supportive team of BCBAs, and enjoy a real work-life balance with a drive-time limit and opportunities to grow in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children with autism preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and professional at all times.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Collaborate with a team of BCBAs to achieve positive outcomes.
• Experience in ABA or working with children with autism is a plus.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
