As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in our team's mission to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children and young adults. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing behavioral plans and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collecting and recording data on client behavior, progress, and treatment modifications
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
Assisting with training and supporting other team members as needed
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client services
RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a minimum of 120 hours of ABA course work and 40 hours of RBT training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
