Job summary

Calla ABA Therapy in Concord, North Carolina, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support our team delivering ABA therapy to children and young adults. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement behavioral plans, collect progress data, and maintain strong relationships with families and caregivers to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of 120 hours ABA coursework and 40 hours RBT training.

Responsibilities
