Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time, afterschool shifts in Concord, NC. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and document client progress while collaborating with families and the team.

The role requires completing the 40-hour ABA training (or RBT certification), a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour training course in ABA.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs and assessment findings.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range:$25-$27 per hour
• Part-Time:15-17 hours/week
• Shifts:Afterschool
• Location:Concord,NC

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have completed the 40-hour training course in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
