Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in the United States is hiring RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will follow individualized behavior plans, collect real-time data, and collaborate with families to support progress.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain it).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
