Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT ABA) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes on Staten Island, NY. You will work closely with BCBA supervisors to implement individualized plans and track client progress.

The role emphasizes hands-on sessions, data collection, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care while supporting families and children in a home setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices
