Job summary

Strides ABA in Clifton Park, NY is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy on a part-time basis. You will work closely with BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data for each client.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy with children, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to safety and supportive family involvement in a home setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds; kneel, sit, stand, and move around frequently during sessions.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation for community and in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA(s)
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices
