Strides ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-home in Huguenot, NY. Schedule: Monday–Friday 3:30 PM–7:30 PM, weekends 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.

You will work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans with BCBA collaboration, collecting data, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. A strong caregiving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation for community and in-home services.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
