Compensation: $23.00 per hour

Reports To: Director of Special Education

SUPERVISES: None

Job Description

Contracted through EDUStaff. Follows 2026-27 School Schedule.

Job Goal: Responsible for providing one‑on‑one therapy addressing goals prescribed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Performance Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
  • Provide direct 1:1 support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data‑driven decisions
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to ensure effective interventions
  • Communicate with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders regarding progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress reports
  • Attend regular supervision and training sessions
Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Current RBT certification required
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including walking, running, standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to maintain excellent attendance records, ensuring reliable and punctual presence in the workplace
  • Demonstrated competency in assigned responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Regular, reliable and punctual attendance required
  • Alternatives to the above qualifications may be acceptable
