Young World Physical Education is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one therapy for Rochester Community Schools, based in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans and directly supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and current RBT certification, along with excellent attendance and communication skills. Immediate start available for this full-time position with a pay rate of $23 per hour.

Job Goal: Responsible for providing one‑on‑one therapy addressing goals prescribed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
