Job summary

New Dawn ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Kansas City, MO for part-time roles with flexible schedules. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children, implement plans designed by a BCBA, and help develop communication and daily living skills.

Compensation ranges $22–$32 per hour, with paid training and BCBA support. Join a supportive team with opportunities for growth; in-person client home visits and a mission to help children grow independence through high-quality ABA

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills.
