Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Wichita, KS. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Flexible hours, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB required.
• Diploma or degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and trainings as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Promote safety and support skill development for each child.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting

• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child

Requirements

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
