New Dawn ABA in Kansas City, MO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in one-on-one ABA therapy sessions. Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills.
• Collect and record data to track progress.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills
• Collect and record data to track progress (training provided)
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
• Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team
