Job summary

New Dawn ABA in St. Louis, MO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for both full-time and part-time in-person roles. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $28.00 per hour with paid training, BCBA support, and nearby client locations to maximize convenience.

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision. Benefits include health/dental insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Required: RBT Certification, high school diploma or equivalent, able to pass a background check, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: experience working with children, experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills.
• Collect and record data to track progress (training provided).
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and therapy team.
