Job summary

New Dawn ABA in St. Louis, MO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children in client homes.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement plans by a BCBA, and gather progress data. Flexible schedules and strong BCBA support.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills
• Collect and record data to track progress (training provided)
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
• Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team
  

Qualifications

Required

• RBT Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  

Preferred

• Experience working with children
• Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT
