Job summary

New Dawn ABA in Kansas City, MO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children to deliver ABA therapy and support developmental goals.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills.
• Collect and record data to track progress (training provided).
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Work collaboratively with the BCBA and therapy team.

What You'll Do
