Behavioral Health Field, Inc. is seeking a passionate RBT to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes and schools across Virginia. You will follow each session according to the individual treatment plan and document data and notes for ongoing progress.

Collaborating with families to generalize skills, you will participate in regular supervision with a BCBA to ensure high-quality care. English plus Spanish language skills are a plus for family communication.

Qualificações

• Active RBT credential (BACB) or commitment to earn one with our support.
• Reliable transportation to reach families’ homes and schools.
• Patience, warmth and enthusiasm for working with children.
• English and Spanish is a plus — many of our families speak Spanish at home.
