Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. is seeking an in-person RBT to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy to children in their homes and schools across Texas, under the supervision of a BH Field BCBA.

You will run sessions per the treatment plan, collect data, write notes, and partner with families to ensure skills transfer to daily life; you will participate in regular supervision with a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT credential or commitment to earn one with our support.
• Reliable transportation to reach families’ homes and schools.
• Patience, warmth and enthusiasm for working with children.
• English and Spanish is a plus — many of our families speak Spanish at home.
