Job summary

Blue Jay ABA is seeking aRegistered Behavior Technician to support in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. The role is part-time and located in Hillsville, NC, offering a flexible schedule with supervision from a BCBA.

As an RBT, you will conduct one-on-one sessions, collect data, and help implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans. You will collaborate with families and participate in ongoing training to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection.
• Ability to follow supervision and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record progress data using electronic systems.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review client progress.
• Develop teaching materials and visuals and participate in training.

Blue Jay ABA specializes in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA

• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
