Job summary

Total Care ABA is expanding in Utah and seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. You will work under the supervision of BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and track client progress, helping children reach meaningful goals.

Flexible full-time or part-time hours are available across Utah, with opportunities for growth, supervision for BCBA credentials, and a supportive team environment

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with children is preferred but not required.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Utah and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Utah

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
