Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated ABA technician to provide 1:1 in-home care under the supervision of a BCBA in Summerville, SC. You will implement individualized ABA treatment plans and collect progress data, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification (or strong preference), at least 6 months of autism-related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician preferred.
• 6 months’ experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated to clients’ lives.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed 40hr RBT training (application form required).

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain client confidentiality per BACB guidelines.
