Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an RBT-assisted caregiver to support children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. You will follow BCBA-guided plans and implement behavior strategies.

This role emphasizes data collection, relationship-building, and mentorship from a dedicated BCBA; requires reliability, physical activity, and compliance with background checks.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Background in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Ability to work physically, including getting on the floor, moving around, and staying active.
• Able to lift approximately 50 lbs
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
