Follow behavior reduction protocols and reinforcement strategies as outlined by the BCBA.
Maintain professional and ethical conduct in accordance with the BACB Code of Ethics.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision with the BCBA.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to support program goals.
Ensure session documentation and client records are completed promptly and accurately.
Assist in maintaining a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.
Sessions may take place in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
Schedule may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends, depending on client needs.
