New-Patterns-Aba is seeking dedicated part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work under supervision to implement individualized ABA plans in home and community settings, collecting data and supporting families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current RBT certification through the BACB is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach are important.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.

What to expect:

Qualifications:
