Job summary

Plan A Health seeks a Behavior Therapist (RBT) to provide in-home 1:1 behavioral support under BCBA supervision. You will implement intervention plans and help children develop essential social, motor, language, and communication skills using ABA techniques.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, CPR certification, and a year of relevant experience. You will document sessions, follow policies, and collaborate with families while upholding BACB ethics.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of relevant professional experience.
  • Current CPR certification (BLS American Heart Association).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray as required by state/client.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with individuals.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
