Job summary

Behavioral Health Field in Senoia, GA is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services in clients’ homes. Work hours are Monday–Thursday 3:30 pm–6:30 pm and Friday 3:30 pm–7:30 pm with local travel.

You will follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols, collect data, and communicate with families and your supervisor. A valid RBT Certification Number and a current driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months or more of experience as an RBT.
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver license.
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations.
• Experience with data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect data and record it based on the client’s behavior.
• Communicate empathetically with clients, families and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during assessments and in preparing learning materials.
• Seek consultation from supervisor to ensure effective treatment.

Job duties

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.

• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials.
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

What do you need?

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number

• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS.
