Job summary

Behavioral Health Field in Atlanta, GA is seeking an RBT to provide one-to-one ABA direct services in-home. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM, with sessions conducted at clients' homes across the area (ZIP 30340).

Must have reliable transportation and a valid RBT certification. Join a compassionate ABA team and collaborate with families and the BCBA to implement protocols, collect data, and support learning goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience as an RBT.
• Active RBT Certification Number.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to commute to client locations.
• Experience with data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Communicate with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist BCBA during assessments and material preparation.
• Seek supervision to ensure effective treatment.

About the role

Salary: $28-32 per hour.

Job Duties

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on the client's behavior.
• Communicate empathically with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials.
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

Requirements

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number
• Active driver license. (BHF - DL Overview.pdf)
• Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS.
