Job summary

Behavioral Health Field in Atlanta, GA is seeking an RBT to deliver one-to-one ABA services in clients' homes. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with sessions conducted in-home.

The work involves applying behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols and collecting data to guide treatment. Candidates must hold a valid RBT Certification and a driver license, and be willing to commute to client locations.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience as an RBT or more.
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver license required.
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on the client's behavior.
• Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during assessments and material preparation.

About the role

Atlanta, 30340, GA (Monday to Friday 03:00 PM - 06:00 PM).

Sessions: In-home.

Salary: $28-32 per hour.

Must have reliable transportation.

Job Duties

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on the client's behavior.
• Communicate empathically with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials.
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

Requirements

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number

• Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS.
