Job summary

BH Field is seeking an RBT to provide one-to-one ABA direct services in clients' homes in the Atlanta area. The role supports behavior reduction and skill acquisition through data collection and team collaboration.

Responsibilities include working with families and supervision to ensure accurate treatment implementation, with an emphasis on compassionate, ethical care for individuals with IDD/ASD. Evening shifts and local travel are involved.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience as an RBT or more.
• Active RBT Certification Number.
• Valid driver license.
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the role

Atlanta, 30340, GA (Monday to Friday 03:00 PM - 06:00 PM).

Sessions: In-home.

Salary: $28-32 per hour.

Must have reliable transportation.

Job Duties

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on the client's behavior.
• Communicate empathically with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials.
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

Requirements

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number
• Active driver license. (BHF - DL Overview.pdf)
• Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS.
