Job summary

BH Field in Atlanta is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide in-home ABA services during the afternoon hours, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on direct client work with individuals IDD/ASD, following established protocols and data collection.

You will collaborate with BCBA and families, document progress, and participate in ongoing learning. A valid RBT certification, transportation, and willingness to travel to client locations are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of experience as an RBT.
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver's license.
• Willingness to commute to client locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on the client's behavior.
• Communicate empathically with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials.
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

Atlanta, 30340, GA (Monday to Friday 03:00 PM - 06:00 PM).

Sessions: In-home.

Salary: $28-32 per hour.

Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements
