Job summary

Senoia, GA-based BH Field is hiring an RBT to provide in-home ABA services to clients. You will work Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm–6:30 pm and Friday 3:30 pm–7:30 pm, traveling to client locations with reliable transportation. Sessions are in-home with a focus on compassionate direct services.

Requirements include 3 months of RBT experience, a valid RBT certification, an active driver's license, and willingness to commute to case locations. Catalyst data collection experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver license is required.
• Willingness to commute to clients' case locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on client behavior.
• Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during assessments and prepare learning materials.
• Seek consultation from supervisor to ensure effective treatment.

About the role

Job Duties

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on the client's behavior.
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials.
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

What do you need?

• 3 months of experience as an RBT.
