Job summary

The Santana Institute for Learning, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home in Seal Beach, California, Fridays and Saturdays for 2-3 hours per day. You will support skill development, communication, and independence using ABA principles under BCBA supervision.

• Previous experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).

• Background in special education, psychology, or related field (beneficial).

Schedule: Friday and Saturday, 2-3 hours per day (possible 3rd day for an additional 2 hours; up to 7 hours per week)

Pay: $25-$27 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As a BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
