Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to clients in home, school, or community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement intervention plans and collect session data, helping clients build skills and achieve meaningful progress.

The ideal candidate has experience with autism or developmental disabilities, a compassionate mindset, reliable transportation, and knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in the home, school, or community. You’ll help clients build skills, reach their goals, and make meaningful progress.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect data during sessions to track progress
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
• Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation

The candidate we are looking for will have:

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children
• Reliable transportation
• RBT Certification Preferred
