Job summary

Tala Horizon Solutions, a Finni Health company, is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person, Escondido, CA. Work Mon-Fri with 2–4pm sessions, progressing to full-time hours after 3 weeks, under BCBA supervision.

Compensation is $25.00 per hour, with health/dental/vision insurance for eligible staff and ongoing BCBA supervision. Join a dedicated team providing ABA-based skill development, communication and independence support for clients with special needs.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required).
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).

About The Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
