Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA in Aurora, Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA support to children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, help develop goals, and support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living, while maintaining thorough notes and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and privacy practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, patient approach when working with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

The candidate we are looking for will have:

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Compassion and patient approach when working with children

• Reliable transportation

• RBT Certification Preferred
