Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Sanford, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join as a part-time team member providing in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work under supervision of a BCBA, delivering one-on-one sessions and collecting data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, reliable BTs and RBTs who are passionate about helping individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
